Meet Brandon and Vanessa Bellew

We’re Brandon and Vanessa Bellew, full-time Florida residents proud to call the Park East at Azario subdivision in Lakewood Ranch our home. With both of our boys now off to college, we have the time and dedication to assist local homeowners by caring for their properties while they’re away.

As longtime homeowners ourselves, we’ve spent decades handling much of our own maintenance, repairs, and improvements, and we take pride in that hands-on experience. Now, we bring that same level of care and attention to your home—helping ensure it stays safe, maintained, and ready for your return.

  • Brandon is a graduate of Texas Tech University and holds an MBA from the University of Houston.

  • Vanessa is a graduate of Texas Woman’s University.

Originally from Texas, we relocated to Florida in 2022 after a post-pandemic job opportunity. Since then, we’ve embraced life on Florida’s beautiful West Coast and are grateful to serve the Lakewood Ranch community with dependable, personalized home watch services.
