How do I get started?

  • Simply contact us to schedule a no-cost, no-obligation consultation to see how we can help. We prefer to meet in person, ideally at your home so we can better understand your needs. However, we’re happy to meet at a location of your choice—or even connect by phone or email if that’s more convenient.

How much does it cost?

  • Pricing is based on the time commitment required for each visit. While we have a minimum fee of $40 per visit, the final cost depends on factors such as:

    • Size of your home

    • Travel distance

    • Services requested

    • Time anticipated on-site

Once we discuss your needs, we’ll provide a clear, customized quote so you know exactly what to expect.

Who will be coming to my home?

  • Every home check is personally handled by Brandon, the owner of Beacon Home Watch and Support Services LLC. On occasion, his wife and co-owner Vanessa may assist. We do not outsource or subcontract—you will always know exactly who is entering your home.

When do you come?

  • Most homeowners choose visits either once a week or once every two weeks. We’re flexible and can schedule specific days, times, or frequencies that fit your preferences.

What can you help with?

  • Our basic service focuses on checking your home for anything unusual or concerning. Beyond that, we can assist with a wide range of additional services—from vehicle starts to plant care, mail collection, seasonal preparations, and more. Services are fully customizable to your needs.

What can you NOT help with?

  • We cannot perform repairs requiring licensed professionals (such as electrical or plumbing work). However, we can coordinate and meet contractors or vendors on your behalf, ensuring the work is completed properly.

What areas do you service?

  • We primarily serve Manatee County and Sarasota County, but may consider nearby counties depending on location and need.

Do you need access to inside my home?

  • Yes—complete home checks require interior access to ensure everything is safe and functioning properly. If you prefer, we can provide exterior-only checks, though this limits our ability to spot potential issues inside.

What Safety Precautions do you take?

  • We take the responsibility of entering your home very seriously. To protect your property and information:

    • We secure your home before leaving after every visit.

    • All client information (alarm codes, door codes, key details) is stored in password-protected electronic files.

    • Keys are labeled with a secure coding system, never linked directly to your property address.

Your trust and peace of mind are our top priorities
