We will visit your home as frequently as you prefer, with our most common schedules being once a week or once every two weeks. During each visit, we follow a detailed checklist tailored to both the interior and exterior of your property. This process allows us to monitor the overall condition of your home, looking carefully for anything that may appear concerning, out of place, or unusual.

Our standard checklist includes essential points of inspection, and we’re happy to customize it to fit your specific needs. Whether it’s checking security systems, monitoring HVAC performance, verifying that doors and windows are secure, or simply ensuring everything looks exactly as it should, our goal is to keep your home safe, maintained, and ready for your return.

Detailed Reports with Photo Documentation

Every visit to your home is carefully documented so you have a clear record of its condition while you’re away. Our goal is to give you confidence and peace of mind through accurate, transparent reporting.

  • Photo Documentation – We take photos of both the interior and exterior during each visit, capturing the overall condition of your property. Before-and-after pictures may also be taken when applicable (such as after moving furniture, handling seasonal preparation, or completing a requested task). Key representative photos are shared exclusively with the homeowner to respect your privacy while ensuring you have all the information you need.

  • Visit Report – At the conclusion of every visit, we complete a detailed inspection report form covering all items on the agreed checklist.

  • Convenient Delivery – A hard copy of the report will be left inside the home for your records, and a digital copy will be emailed directly to you for easy access no matter where you are.

This combination of written documentation and photographic evidence ensures you always have a complete, accurate picture of your home’s status.

  • Visit Confirmations – We will confirm with you 24 hours prior to each scheduled visit, so you always know when we’ll be on-site.

  • Urgent Notifications – If we discover anything that requires immediate attention, we will contact you right away with details and, if needed, photos or videos to help you assess the situation quickly.

  • Customized Preferences – During the initial service agreement, we will review and clarify your preferred methods of communication—whether that’s phone, email, or text message—to ensure updates are delivered in the way that works best for you.
